Shipping

Every order is packed and shipped from the Pacific Northwest, the same place it was made. Ships via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground within one to three business days. Tracking arrives by email once it's on its way.

Direct Orders

Shipping is $7 flat on orders under $50. Orders $50 and over ship complimentary. The ritual arrives, nothing extra.

Ritual Refill

Your ritual, uninterrupted. First bottle is $35 plus shipping. Every refill after that is $30 with complimentary shipping.

Ships every four, six, or eight weeks. Your rhythm, your call. You'll hear from us three days before each renewal. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.

Wholesale Orders

Approved partners receive shipping details through the wholesale portal. If you carry MINK, we take care of the logistics.

Returns

We stand behind everything we make. Unused, unopened orders can be returned within thirty days of delivery. Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you need to return something, reach out.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know. We'll make it right.
