Every order is packed and shipped from Olympia, Washington — the same place it was made. Ships via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground within one to two business days, up to three during peak seasons. Tracking arrives by email once it's on its way.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $70 ship free — the ritual arrives, nothing extra.
Your ritual, uninterrupted. First shipment is $35 plus shipping. Every refill after that — $30, shipped free.
Ships every four, six, or eight weeks — your rhythm, your call. You'll hear from us three days before each renewal. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
Approved partners receive shipping details through the wholesale portal. If you carry MINK, we take care of the logistics.
We stand behind everything we make. Unused, unopened orders can be returned within thirty days of delivery. Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you need to return something, reach out.
