Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. All orders ship from Olympia, Washington.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Ritual Refill subscribers receive free shipping on all refill orders.

Wholesale Shipping

• 12-unit opening orders: $10 flat rate
• 24+ unit orders: Free shipping

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Items must be in new, resalable condition.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@theminkco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@theminkco.com. Include photos of the damage and packaging. We'll make it right.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
