Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on theminkco.com are in United States dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The Mink Co. reserves the right to update pricing at any time. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and photography. Product specifications, ingredients, and availability are subject to change. MINK does not offer public discount codes, flash sales, or price-matching guarantees. Any promotional offers are announced directly through our email newsletter or website.

Orders and Payment

All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information submitted is accurate. An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful payment. The Mink Co. reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory discrepancies, or other circumstances we deem necessary. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. We will notify you via email of any cancellation.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders ship from our facility in Olympia, Washington. For detailed information regarding shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs, please visit our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss transfers to you upon the handoff of your package to the carrier. We recommend tracking your shipment to monitor its progress. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control. For any shipping inquiries or issues, please contact us.

Ritual Refill

Our Ritual Refill program is an auto-renewing delivery service. When you enroll, your first bottle is $35, and all subsequent refills are $30 each. You may choose a refill cadence of every 4 weeks, 6 weeks, or 8 weeks based on your needs. You have complete control over your Ritual Refill and may adjust your cadence, pause, skip, or cancel at any time directly through your account dashboard — there are no penalties for cancellation. We will send you an email notification three days before each scheduled charge so you have time to make any adjustments. Your Ritual Refill will continue until you cancel it. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of MINK products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened products. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Refunds for eligible returns are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale pricing, portal access, and partnership agreements are confidential and available only to authorized retailers. Wholesale partners are required to maintain Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) of $35 for MINK Sea Salt Spray across all retail channels, whether online or in-store. Wholesale terms are governed by a separate wholesale agreement that supersedes these general Terms of Service. For inquiries about becoming a wholesale partner, please get in touch.

Intellectual Property

MINK, The Mink Co., the MINK wordmark, "Crafted Where Ocean And Forest Meet," and all associated imagery, product designs, and branding are trademarks and intellectual property of The Mink Co. These marks and all content are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or display of these materials is strictly prohibited without written permission from The Mink Co.

Limitation of Liability

MINK products are designed for external cosmetic use only. Please use as directed on the packaging and this website. The Mink Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and all related policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of theminkco.com, or your purchase of MINK products shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Thurston County, Washington, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis by a single arbitrator, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You and The Mink Co. agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Thurston County, Washington, if the claim falls within the court's jurisdictional limits.

By using theminkco.com or purchasing MINK products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this arbitration agreement and class action waiver.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Mink Co., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of theminkco.com, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Force Majeure

The Mink Co. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, acts of government, labor disputes, pandemics, or interruptions to shipping and logistics infrastructure.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable wholesale agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Mink Co. regarding your use of theminkco.com and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Changes to These Terms

The Mink Co. may update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on our website.
